Solidar Structure was founded during a period of significant change in the pensions industry. The complexity of retirement options was growing, but access to impartial guidance remained limited for many people.
Our founder, having spent years in corporate pension advisory roles, recognised that individuals approaching retirement often received conflicting advice or felt pressured into decisions they didn't fully understand.
We established this consultancy with a simple principle: everyone deserves clear, honest guidance about their pension options, explained in language they can understand. That principle still guides every conversation we have today.
